the EASTPOINTE at CATAWBA BAY

The Eastpointe at Catawba Bay is the third and final phase of construction. Catawba Bay began construction of its first phase of single-family home lots in mid 2003. The plan was, and still is to provide a unique development with low density, lots of open communal space, access to nature in a pleasant blend with its natural surroundings. It boasts of marinas with access to West Harbor and Lake Erie, water views and a nature trail where one can see all sorts of flora and fauna including eagles nesting nearby.

A community entertainment facility complete with a gathering room, exercise room and pool is available for the use of all Catawba Bay residents. Marinas are for the exclusive use of our homeowners.

The second phase of Catawba Bay consists of townhomes and condominiums, all sharing the subdivision amenities.

The homes themselves will consist of side-by-side townhomes of differing style. One side is a two story called “the Mallard”, 3 ½ bath home with three bedrooms, an office/bedroom  on the lower level, spacious foyer, open floor plan living, kitchen and dining area. The home is 2316 sq. ft. of living area, has an oversized 2-car garage and an upper and lower deck.

The opposite side is a Cape Cod style home called the “Pintail”, with a down-stair master, open floor plan living, kitchen and dining area, 3 ½ bath, with two additional master suites on the second level. The home is a generous 2278 sq. ft. of living area, has an oversized 2-car garage, and has a lower deck.

Both homes have commanding water views of Lost Lake and the nature preserve.

The homes are completely independent from one another, meaning they sit on a common center foundation, but are inches apart resulting in virtually no sound transmission between homes. The only common connection is at the siding.

There is also an option of single, stand alone condominiums with a variety of size and floor plans.

Private, and secluded, Catawba Bay is the perfect choice for a primary residence; a summer place for you “snow birds”; or a weekend and vacation get away location.
